Link in Bio Store with UPI Checkout

A link in bio store is a page linked from a social profile where a creator sells digital products, courses or bookings directly. Socioverse Planets gives each creator two: a link-in-bio page and a searchable storefront catalogue, with Razorpay and Dodo checkout, a sales ledger, payouts, and transaction fees that fall to zero on higher plans.

Socioverse Planets gives you two pages: a link-in-bio your audience lands on, and a real storefront that lists everything you sell. Digital products, courses, bookings and events, with Razorpay and Dodo checkout built in and payouts straight to your bank.

Most link-in-bio storefronts were built for a US audience and settle in dollars. If your audience is in India, they hit a card form, do not have a card that works internationally, and close the tab. You never find out it happened.

The other version of this problem is quieter. Your bio link is a list of links. It sends people somewhere else to buy, and most of them do not arrive.

Frequently Asked Questions

Does UPI actually work for my buyers?
Yes. Checkout runs through Razorpay, so UPI, netbanking, wallets and Indian debit and credit cards all work, and the price is shown in rupees. Your buyer pays the way they already pay for everything else, with no international card and no currency conversion. International buyers check out through Dodo Payments instead.
What is the transaction fee, exactly?
Socioverse takes 10% on Free, 5% on Starter, 2% on Creator and 0% on Agency. That is deducted automatically before payout and shown on every order in your ledger. Razorpay or Dodo also charge their own standard processing fee, exactly as they would if you integrated them yourself.
When do I get paid out?
Sales accumulate in your Planets ledger with the fee already calculated. You request a payout and it settles to the bank account you registered during creator onboarding. Payout timing depends on Razorpay Route verification being complete on your account, so finish onboarding before your first launch.
How is this different from Stan Store?
Same category, lower price, and one thing Stan structurally does not do: take UPI. Stan settles in USD and is the more established option with a bigger community and a more mature US payout flow. If your audience is Indian, Planets is the one your buyers can actually pay.
How is this different from Linktree?
Linktree is a link list. Planets is a store. Linktree points people at other places to buy, and every redirect loses buyers on mobile. Planets completes the sale inside the page, records the order, and connects the buyer to your DM automation and Lead Bank automatically.
Do I get a real store page or just a list of links?
Both, and they are separate pages. Your bio link is the curated page you send traffic to, with the blocks you choose in the order you choose. Your storefront sits at /planet/yourname/store and lists every product you publish, grouped by category, with search and price sorting. Publishing a product is what puts it there, so there is nothing extra to maintain. Add a Store Page Link block so visitors can reach it.
Can I control the order products appear in my store?
Yes. Drag products into the order you want in the Products tab and the storefront follows that order under the default Featured sort. Give products a category and the store groups them under that heading automatically; leave the category blank and they render in one flat grid. Buyers can re-sort by price at any time, and the whole store inherits the theme, fonts and colours you picked in Planet Studio.
What can I sell on a Planet?
Digital products and downloads, courses with a learner portal, paid one-to-one bookings with calendar handling, and ticketed events. If you need complex physical inventory, variants or recurring subscriptions, use a dedicated commerce platform and link out to it from a block.
Can I use my own domain?
Not yet. Custom domains are on the roadmap and are not built today, on any plan. Every Planet currently lives at a socioverse.io address: your link-in-bio at socioverse.io/planet/yourname and your storefront at socioverse.io/planet/yourname/store. You can turn off the Powered by Socioverse footer on any paid plan, so the page itself carries your branding even though the URL does not. Free and trial Planets keep the footer.
Do I need GST registration to sell?
That depends on your turnover and what you sell, and it is a question for your accountant rather than for us. Socioverse does not file anything on your behalf. Your ledger exports every order with dates and amounts so whoever handles your books has the records they need.
What happens to my store if I cancel?
Your Planet stops accepting new orders and your data stays in the account. Nothing is deleted. Existing buyers keep access to what they already purchased through their purchases portal, and you can export your order history and customer list to CSV at any point before or after cancelling.
